TEAMS/ORGANIZATIONS

  • Testing 1-2-3

    Focused Fire and Advising will work with your program and put together a series of mental game seminars. Depending upon location, these can be two or three day immersive sessions. The other option is to provide sessions on a weekly or twice monthly basis. Cost of seminars will include meetings, handouts, and activities.

  • Focused Fire and Advising can set up your program and provide instruction for skill development in Baseball and Softball. Training would include a progression based approach.

    Training can be set up as a camp format or providing individual team sessions spread out highlighting different skill sets.

  • Focused Fire and Advising can set up an immersive skills camp for your team or league. Depending upon location and timeframe, camps can be set up as a one, two, or three day experience. The format of the camps is fast paced in a teaching format. Drills will be presented in progressions, working from base skills to more complicated activities.

INDIVIDUALS

  • Focused Fire Individual Mental Game Coaching is designed to help athletes navigate the stresses and complexities of competition. Individual assessments will be given to create a profile to begin the Mental Game Plan. A customized plan will be developed from the assessment and interviews with the athlete. Our approach is to create a plan that will create success for the athlete in their sport and life.

    This program will address the following and help to:
    1. Uncover the attitudes, behaviors, and beliefs that are limiting individual performance.
    2. Implement mental game strategies customized for the specific individual’s needs.
    3. Identify areas challenging individual athlete’s performance.
    4. Learn to deal with adversity and continue to compete at a high level.
    5. Provide tools to help increase the athlete’s confidence.
    6. Fine tune and enhance the athlete’s focus and concentration.
    7. Implement tools to help the athlete remain composed in a stressful competitive situations.

    Other options may include practice and game observations with debrief.
